Four years into LTIMindtree's Interactive Practice, I've learned that the vision of good design is necessary but not sufficient. Quick prototyping unlocks alignment. Working sessions move teams forward. And shipping anything to production takes as much communication craft as design craft.

My foundational love for craft found its intellectual anchor in Alice Rawsthorn’s reflection from the documentary Objectified:
…from the moment people wake up, almost everything that fills their world has been designed in one way or another.
a pivotal realization of how expansive, yet deeply personal, design can be.
Today, I apply this perspective across digital scales, ensuring that even the most complex enterprise systems feel as intuitive and intentional as a handcrafted object.
